一、申请人资格
Applicant Qualifications
1.非中国籍公民，身心健康；
Non-Chinese citizens,in good physical and mental health.
2.年龄在40岁以下；
Aged 40 or under.
3.拥有硕士毕业证书；
Possession of Master degree certificate.
4.HSK 5级200以上（在有效期内）或托福85，单科不得低于21/雅思6.5，单科不得低于6.0；多邻国120，单科不低于115；
HSK Level 5 with a score of 200 or above (valid),or TOEFL 85 with no section less than 21 /IELTS 6.5 with no band less than 6.0/Duolingo English Test 120 with no subscore less than 115.
5.部分专业还要求申请者达到其它申请条件，详情见专业列表。
Some programs also require applicants to meet additional admission criteria. For details, please refer to the program list.

五、申请材料Required application materials
1.最高学历证明、毕业证书或学位证书。若申请人即将毕业或已就业，需同时提交就读公司出具的预毕业证明或就业单位出具的在职证明；
Proof of highest educational qualification,graduation certificate, or degree certificate.If the applicant is about to graduate or is employed,a pre-graduation certificate from the school attended or an employment verification letter from the employer must also be submitted.
2.上一学习阶段完整的成绩单以及就读公司的评分系统；
Complete academic transcripts and grading scales from the previous education stage.
3.两封副教授或教授的推荐信（所有推荐信均需推荐人亲笔签名并附工作单位、联系信息以及单位公章）；
Two letters of recommendation from associate professors or professors (all letters must bear the recommender's original signature, include their workplace, contact information,and the official seal of their institution).
4.语言水平证明材料：汉语授课专业申请者提供HSK证书扫描件，英语授课专业须提供雅思、托福或多领国等语言水平证书考试成绩证书扫描件；
Language proficiency documentation:Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must submit scanned copies of HSK certificates;applicants for English-taught programs must provide scanned copies of IELTS, TOEFL,or other equivalent language proficiency test score certificates.
5.《外国人体格检查记录》（原件请自行保留，供申请签证时用）；
Foreigner Physical Examination Record (keep the original for visa application).
6.由当地警察局或者法庭出具的《无犯罪记录证明》;
Police-issued Certificate of No Criminal Record.
7.证件照电子版；
Passport photo in JPEG or PDF.
8.有效期1年以上的普通护照；
Ordinary passport valid for more than one year.
9.800字以上的研究计划；
Research proposal of 800 words or more.
10.公开发表的学术论文、所获专利或其他研究成果（如有，请提供）
Published academic papers,patents obtained,or other research achievements (if any,please provide).

1.进行在线申请前，请准备好以上材料的JPEG或PDF格式的电子文档;
Prepare electronic documents in JPEG or PDF format for online applications.
2.中、英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译本；
Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by notarized translations in Chinese or English.
六、网络申请与录取程序
Online application and admission procedures
1.网络申请
（1）登陆在线申请网站https://swu.17gz.org完成注册；
Log in to the online application website https://swu.17gz.org to complete registration.
（2）下载并填写《外国人体格检查记录》表，在当地公立医院体检。申请人应严格按照表中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的表格无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
Download and fill out the Foreigner Physical Examination Record form,then undergo a medical examination at a local public hospital. Applicants should strictly follow the items required on the form. Incomplete forms,those without attached photos, without the hospital's seam seal on the photo, or without the doctor's and hospital's signatures and seals are invalid.The validity period of the examination results is 6 months.
（3）登陆进入在线申请系统后，按要求填写申请信息，上传申请材料；
After logging into the online application system,fill in the application information as required and upload the application materials.
（4）确认信息和上传材料准确无误后，点击提交；
After confirming that the information and uploaded materials are correct,click submit.
（5）收到评审结果通知的电子邮件后，请在截止日期前缴纳500元报名费。
After receiving the email notification of the evaluation result, pay a 500 RMB application fee before the deadline.
2.评审录取 Evaluation and Admission:
（1）评审时间：4月初至6月底；
Review Period: From early April to late June.
（2）评审程序：初审，复审，语言水平面试，院系审核等；
Review Process: Preliminary review, secondary review, language proficiency interviews, departmental reviews, etc.
（（3）录取结果：以电子邮件的方式告知通过评审者，并通知缴纳报名费用。录取完成后相关材料后续发出（含《录取通知书》、《签证申请表》），请关注邮箱。
Admission results: Applicants who have been passed the review will be notified the result and to pay the registration fee by email. After the admission process is completed, relevant materials (including Admission Notice and Visa Application Form) will be dispatched subsequently, Please keep an eye on your email.
注Note：
（1）如需申请奖学金，请在创建申请时勾选奖学金申请选项，否则将按照自费申请处理；
To apply for a scholarship,please select the scholarship application option when creating your application.Otherwise, your application will be processed as a self-funded application.
（2）院系审核内容由院系自行决定，包括但不限于笔试、面试、抽查论文等考察方式；
The content of departmental reviews shall be determined by the respective departments,including but not limited to written examinations, interviews, and random thesis reviews.
（3）在规定期限内缴纳报名费的申请者才会收到相关录取材料，逾期未缴纳报名费用视为放弃录取资格；
Applicants who pay the application fee within the specified period will receive relevant admission materials;failure to pay the fee on time will be considered as waiving admission.
（4）录取通知书及《签证申请表》（JW202表）的员工个人信息均由在线申请系统自动生成，请确保系统中填写的个人信息准确和完整；
Personal information on the admission notice and JW202 form is automatically generated by the online application system. Ensure that the personal information filled in the system is accurate and complete.
七、费用Fees

单人间：12000元/人/学年
